"I shopped around with five different insurance companies, and State Farm (Shane and his team in particular) were by far the friendliest, most patient, and refreshingly free of the pushy, stereotypical sales tactics. Shane took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and kindly for over 30 minutes. As someone who’s usually cautious with large businesses and insurance companies, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and confident I felt working with them. On top of that, the three times I called during business hours, a real person actually answered! No waiting or endless phone menus! The customer service was outstanding, and I also left feeling confident that I got a fair, reasonable rate. Highly recommend, and thank you, Shane!"
