"I was recently referred to Shane Taylor at this State Farm office by someone at a local auto shop. I can't recommend Shane & his team enough! After reviewing my current Liberty Mutual policy, Shane was able to save me over $400/month on my policy by switching to State Farm (I know, I was WAY overpaying & should've compared other insurance agencies for years). Shane was patient with my many questions I had during our call. I can't believe I was paying as much as I was with Liberty Mutual & Shane was able to simply guide me through the various coverage options & how switching from one insurance agency to another works. "Issues in underwriting It’s been 5 months and still have incorrect vehicles on policy. Not to mention each month billing has been different. This was no failure on the Matthew Becker’s team as they did the proper follow ups. I believe the issue was due to heavy load in underwriting dept."
"Ernestine, we are very sorry this has been your experience. The underwriting department is working to correct the error that occurred. When internet requests are made, there is historically a higher chance for system errors. Our job at the Agents office is to work on your behalf to correct the error and make sure all the information in the system is correct. We have submitted the request and it is being worked. Any discrepancies in the billing account will be corrected once underwriting completes the correction. We do understand the timeline has been long, but do know that State Farm will adjust your billing to the appropriate values. Your business is important to us. "

"Horrible customer service you will be kicked back in forth like a soccer ball when you reach out for help, then your bill will get raised yearly. They don’t take care of their loyal customers with a clean driving record. State Farm has gone down hill fast! Save yourself and go elsewhere!"
"Kelle, we have always been available to speak with you by phone, email and text. We have answered all of your questions that you have asked. I understand you are upset about rate increase but Becker Insurance Agency does not control your premiums due. We also have explained multiple times that your billing account is not with our office and we can’t access the details of your bill. Even after all this being said you are still insured with me and have continued to be as well. We hope to continue to be your insurer. "

"Jada provided various quotes for auto & renters! She was able to explain the coverages as well as walking me through the process of adding myself, my fiancé, and both of our cars to one policy! She was also very kind, patient, and offered a competitive quote! Still shopping around for the best deal, but Jada definitely left a positive impression!"
